What are your shipping options?

Domestic Shipping Options:

  • Saturday Delivery

  • Three Days
  • Ground Shipping
  • Freight Shipping (NDT orders only)
  • USPS (Medical orders only)

Next Day and Saturday deliveries must received by 1:00 pm CST.
Please call for international shipping options.

What is your return policy?

All returns require prior authorization made within 15 days of the invoice date and a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of the invoice date.

Items must be in resalable condition upon arrival.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling is nonrefundable. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Custom order items are non-refundable.

To receive a RMA number, please call us at (918) 894-5255. Please be able to provide the purchase order or invoice number of the item(s) being returned.
